Delores, our office assistant, chocolate saleswoman extrordinaire, and all around nice person, gave me a new dalmatian figurine for my collection on my birthday today. It's it so cute!
I've had 6 dalmatians in my life so far and use to do the show circuit with some of them. So I've built up quite a collection of dalmatian figures. The entire collection is displayed in the dining room of the Greenville Arms 1889 Inn in the wonderful built-in display cabinets.
Hudson is our current Dalmatian and he is a dog with a great sense of humor, but I don't think he'd ever wear bows in his ears!
So cute!!!
ReplyDeleteDear Ms. Marguerite,
ReplyDeleteSorry for commenting here, didn't know how else I could contact you.
I'd like to say that I really enjoyed exploring your blogs. Your dog Hudson is such a sweetheart!
The matter is that I'm a big dog lover and I collect dog figurines as well - tho regardless of breed) I really fell in love with this cute little dalmatian with bows, so I hope I don't disturb you and can take a chance to ask you what factory created it? =) If you remember of course) I'd absolutely love to google it and see what they create in general - since the dalmatian is so wonderful, I suppose they make a lot of beautiful figurines =)
Thanks a lot for your attention! Hope you have a nice day.
Kindest Regards,
- Lily
Hi Lily,
ReplyDeleteYou're in luck! That happens to be the one dog figurine I have that still has the tag attached. It is made by Westland and is item number 4649, named "Daysha". A friend gave it to me.
Aww, it's my day indeed!! =D Thank you so much for paying attention to my request and for checking the information! I really appreciate that! Daysha is truly a great gift. I guess I'd like to present one to myself, if they still have this item, LOL =D But if not at least now I know what company it is and can't wait to check what other souvenirs they have =)
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot again!
Sincerely Yours,
- Lily
