The Greenville Arms 1889 Inn was built in 1889 by William S Vanderbilt as a second residence for his family. He also had a house in New York City, where he served as treasurer of the Knickerbocker Trust Company.
Here is the house in 1905 (the one to the back right) . . .
And here it is in 2005 . . .
As the innkeepers of the lovely Greenville Arms 1889 Inn in Greenville, New York, we welcome you to our blog where you can keep up-to-date on the going on at the inn and around the region.

Wee Forest Folk Retirement List for 2014
As you may know, we carry the adorable Wee Forest Folk collectable figures in our gift shop at the inn. Every year some of these figures are retired from the line - making them even more collectable!
This is the list of figures retired in 2014. We have many of these still able in our shop inventory. You have to see them in person to really appreciate the incredible fine detail of each figure! They are such fun to look and always bring a smile to my face. Even if you are not a die hard collector (and I know a few!), they make a charming gift for any occasion.
Wee Forest Folk® is a small family business in Massachusetts that has been crafting these delightful miniatures for 40 years!
